HERetreat in the Black Mountains

Friday 25th - Sunday 27th July 2025

I am RIDICULOUSLY excited to bring you another FULL weekend of wellness, and this time we're taking it to the mountains!

The next HERetreat is based at Fforest Barn in the Black Mountains, Wales. Our home for the weekend will be a 17th century oak beamed stone barn with an eco-friendly Dutch barn giving the feel of ancient Wales with all mod cons, total privacy and stunning views and walks in every direction.

You can expect a perfectly balanced weekend of movement, meditation & breathwork, sound baths with the amazing Lauran, who's a Qualified Gong Master, socialising, nature and downtime!

This retreat gives summer vibes, with both barn & glamping accommodation options, hiking, & outdoor yoga overlooking the beautiful mountains! (if the weather permits)

The yoga practices will be either vinyasa influenced, or tantric hatha yoga.

Everything will be taken care of, from itinerary to wholesome vegetarian/vegan meals to drinks and snacks, so that you can simply show up and go with the flow.

THE PAYMENT.

A non-refundable deposit of £75 is required to reserve your spot by 18th March 2025, and then you have one of three options to pay the remaining payment.

Once you have paid your deposit, I will contact you to set up a payment plan for the remaining amount.

Please note:

- Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the retreat are non-refundable. 

- Cancellations made before the 7 days and up to 30 days prior will receive a 50% refund (minus £75 deposit.) Unless the spot can be filled, and then you will receive a 100% refund (minus £75 deposit)

- Cancellations made before the 30 days prior to the retreat will receive 100% refund (minus the £75 deposit)
