Hey, I'm Eden!

I'm a health & wellness business mentor on a mission to help in-person practitioners build an online business they're OBSESSED with, so that they can become their own heart-led boss and work from anywhere in the world!

I see so many women get burnt out with 25+ classes and events a week, or juggling their wellness passions alongside their day job.​

And thats because practitioners are taught their modality, but they're not taught how to build a business and I'm here to change that.​​

I always felt listened to. There wasn't a point where I felt uncomfortable or self-conscious, Eden has such a positive energy that seems to just project onto others and make you feel good too.
There are things that I had not known before, but the way Eden explains things is in a way that really works for me, I loved the scientific background of a lot of the information.
