Hey, I'm Eden!

I'm a health & wellness business mentor on a mission to help in-person practitioners build an online business they're OBSESSED with, so that they can serve deeply and live wildly!

My own journey of low self-worth led me to training in various health and wellness modalities and I knew quickly that I wanted to change lives.

​

I also knew I wanted to live and work from anywhere in the world, living a nomadic lifestyle.

​

So it made total sense to me that I create an online business doing work that I loved. it changed my life, and now I'm on a mission to help other practitioners do the same.​

I always felt listened to. There wasn't a point where I felt uncomfortable or self-conscious, Eden has such a positive energy that seems to just project onto others and make you feel good too.
There are things that I had not known before, but the way Eden explains things is in a way that really works for me, I loved the scientific background of a lot of the information.
